Arcet Global Customer Centricity World Series awards 2024
A few weeks ago in Amsterdam is was a great honour for me, as Chairman of ARCET Global, to celebrate the remarkable achievements in customer experience at our Customer Centricity World Series awards 2024.

A heartfelt thank you also to all of our judges. Their expertise, time, and commitment are invaluable. They not only evaluate our finalists but also represent the gold standard in customer experience. Their role is vital in ensuring that we recognize and celebrate excellence in our field.
