In my capacity as Chairman of ARCET Global, I was delighted to be invited back to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, January 2023, accompanied by my colleagues and co-Founders Mark Hamill and Richard Kennedy; this is the place where we first met, in 2015.
As guest speaker, I addressed two separate events, both fully subscribed and spoke about the topics that remain close to my heart, specifically, successful innovation and entrepreneurial leadership.
The first event was Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ)
where I addressed members on my own journey and how to foster innovation in the region.
The following day we were made very welcome by Google for our Customer Experience Community event, where the panel discussed the innovations coming out of the contact centre world with new and exciting AI technologies. The expertise of Google and their commanding presence, ensures that they remain preeminent in this particular sphere and I was pleased to be able to incorporate the experience of my own personal journey, in support of their vision. I very much look forward to our future Partnership with Google.
It was such an immense pleasure to be able to meet with our collaborators face to face, once again and I look forward to returning to the region later this year.
